liblfc-dev software package provides LFC development libraries and header files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblfc-dev
liblfc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblfc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblfc-dev *
You will get with liblfc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
